Stonewater Developments is currently in the planning stages of a 94-unit assisted-living project in Calgary along with a 32-lot custom residential neighbourhood near Edmonton.
“It’s a sought-after golf community that we’re co-developing, building and marketing,” says De Almeida of the Edmonton project.
